2. Products & pricing
We aim to describe colours, fabrics, and sizes accurately. Screen settings may affect how items look online. Prices and availability may change without notice until your order is confirmed by us. Taxes or shipping, if applicable, will be communicated before payment where possible.
3. Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it (for example via WhatsApp or message). You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. Payment methods and timing will be as agreed at checkout or in conversation with our team.
4. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on couriers and your location. Risk of loss passes in line with courier terms once the parcel is handed to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Returns, exchanges & defects
Unworn items with tags intact may be eligible for exchange or return within the period stated on your invoice or as communicated at purchase. Sale, custom, or hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale—ask us before buying if unsure. Report defects with photos as soon as you receive your order.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding, and design) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
